I. Application Scope

The equipment serves for preserving biomacromolecules, cells, tissues and organs (e.g., human organs, tissues, whole blood, plasma, serum, biological fluids or treated biological samples (DNA/RNA/protein, etc.)).

II. Key Indexes

1. The freezer is controlled by microcomputer with digital temperature display. The adjustment unit is 0.1℃. The temperature inside is adjustable within the range from -90℃ to -50℃. The wide climatic zone design is suitable for operation under ambient temperature from 10℃ to 30℃. The freezer adopts the PT1000 temperature probe with a higher accuracy.

2. The temperature inside can be lower than -90℃ under the dual refrigerating system and -80℃ under the single refrigerating system, which guarantee the biological activity of samples at high-temperature space points inside and improve the integrity of RNA samples preserved at a low concentration for a long term.

3. The freezer is equipped with standard expansion vessel to maintain normal operation of compressor when the refrigeration system experiences an excessively high pressure due to high ambient temperature and other reasons.

11. There are 2 interior doors (both with lock catches) made of stainless-steel framework and ABS resin plate, and 1 outer door (with lock catch available for padlock) made of galvanized steel sheet, polyurethane foam and VIP vacuum insulation structure.

12. The freezer is designed with three-dimensional door strip seal rather than planar multi-layer. The holistic 4 layers of door strip seals are distributed in different planes and forms multiple airtight protective layers, so as to avoid the leakage of cold air and frosting to its largest extent.

13. The “innovative design” of integrated door lock handle and compact caster is flexible and more convenient, and available for padlock.

14. The freezer uses the Panasonic VIP PLUS vacuum insulation foam technology with a thickness of 130 mm, giving a better thermal insulation performance; the freezer volume is greater than 600 L and its width is not more than 1030 mm.

16. * The freezer adopts the compressor imported with original packaging that matches the original and mature Japanese cascade refrigeration system, thus guaranteeing the stable and safe operation.

18. The fin-less condenser with copper tube is free from rinse.

19. Safety Devices: There are multiple fault alarms, including high/low temperature alarm, high ambient temperature alarm, compressor protection alarm, abnormal sensor alarm, outage alarm and remote alarm output. Two types of alarm methods (Buzzer alarm and code-displaying alarm); all individual components are well grounded and with earth leakage protection.

22. The freezer adopts the PLC programmable logic controller applicable to complex environment with strong anti-interference ability, stable performance and precise control.

23. Display/Touch Screen: 10-inch touch screen is configured with electronic lock (Available for unlocking by either card swiping or fingerprint), data query and export, real-time status display, operation parameter setting, running log query, user permission management and other functions.

24. Controller Functions: The controller is designed with the boot-up delay and can be set with a peak-shifting boot-up for 0 ~ 30 min, reducing the load to circuit due to simultaneous boot-up; the password protection mechanism for display can designate different permissions based on operators; temperature data output via MODBUS communication (optional); USB data export.

25. The freezer is equipped with casters and standing legs for supporting and stabilization.

26. Users can choose their freezing storage boxes.

27. The freezer adopts the interior door made of stainless-steel framework and resin material, which is thicker than 30 mm; the door adopts an eagle-gripper structure to facilitate opening and closing.

28. The ventilation damper of condenser can be easily opened from the front of the freezer so the air filter is easy to remove and rinse.

29. The freezer adopts the three-dimensional door gasket structure, whose thermal insulation performance is better than that of plane sealing strip design.
